My app is not adding my NVR to my Zmodo account

As of August 17, 2016 we have found an issue when adding an WiFi camera kit with NVR to a Zmodo account. If you are following the instructions on your quick guide to add your device and you do not see your NVR under the list of added devices as shown below, then please download and follow these supplemental instructions to complete your setup. 


Name your Device NVR Kit
