1. Make sure your Zmodo device has a strong WiFi connection, and your phone has a strong internet connection during the update. Try to update the device again.
2. Due to the high volume of firmware updates from customers, our servers may be experiencing heavy traffic. You can try to update at different times of the day, for example, 11PM-9AM CST).
3. If it still is not updating, please download the MeShare app from Google Play or the App Store and use this temporarily. You can log in using your Zmodo account information and access all of your devices. Our developers will work on resolving the issue shortly, and we will continue to provide updates.
