What should I do when my subscription fails to renew (Android)?

    We would advise that you resubscribe to the service again in the app. In order to ensure that there are no future interruptions to your service, we recommend resubscribing using a different payment method. In the Zmodo app, you can go under the cloud tab or via the website at user.zmodo.com (sign in with your Zmodo App account.)
