How can I cancel my cloud subscription if I subscribed using the web app or Android mobile app?

You can unsubscribe by going to the web app (user.zmodo.com). Once you are logged in, click on the "Cloud" option on the top right, and then tap on “Details” next to the device that you would like to unsubscribe, and then click on “Unsubscribe” or “Cancel Subscription”.
You can also unsubscribe through the mobile app tapping on the "Cloud" tab at the bottom of the home screen, then select the device you would like to unsubscribe.
