[FAQ]How do I move my camera to a different location?

    To use your camera in a different room or area but on the same network as before:

    Simply unplug the camera and move it to the new location. As long as you are within range of your wireless router, your camera will automatically reconnect.


    To move your camera to a different Wi-Fi network:

    If you're moving the camera to another building or using a new wireless network or router, you'll need to set up your camera again.  Launch the Zmodo app from your smartphone, and login with your existing username. If your camera is already online via another network, you can reset it by going to the live view, clicking the settings gear in the top right, then the ... in the top right and choosing the reset device option. Add the device again using the same setup process as before, but inputting the new network name and password. Once the device has returned to solid blue indicator light status you can quit the setup and check the live view to ensure it is working.
