[FAQ]How do I playback cloud recordings?

Once you have successfully activated the cloud service for a device, footage from the device will be saved onto our secure cloud. You can access those recordings within a couple minutes. It will only start recording once the service is activated, there will be no recordings before the service was started.
You can access this footage by tapping "Playback" (looks like a circle with a triangle inside on the bottom right when you are viewing the live video) icon on the Zmodo app. To change the date that is playing back, you can click the calendar icon, days with a blue dot have recordings.
