What should I do when my subscription fails to renew (iOS)?

If you subscribed to the cloud service through the iOS mobile app, then all subscription payments will be handled through iTunes. You will need to make sure that the payment method bound to your iTunes account is still valid. If you are experiencing issues, you will need to contact Apple Support for any billing and renewal questions.
