How will my subscription be renewed?

Your subscription will be renewed automatically, and the credit card you used to purchase your subscription will be billed automatically so that you don’t have to do anything. Your subscription will be renewed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the billing cycle selected when choosing your subscription plan. If your credit card has expired or payment is rejected at the time of renewal, you will be notified via email and you will need to update your payment information.
If you cancel your subscription, or if your subscription is automatically cancelled due to non-payment, you will not be able to renew it. Your alerts and video history will be erased. You will be able to purchase a new subscription for the device, however any alerts and recorded video that was erased due to cancellation will not be able to be recovered.
