[FAQ]How do I stop the automatic renewal and recurring fees for my cloud subscription?

In order to stop the monthly or yearly recurring fees for your cloud subscription, you will need to unsubscribe from the cloud service.
Please note that deleting or removing the device from your account will NOT stop the subscription and recurring payments.
If you have deleted your device before unsubscribing from the cloud service, you can either re-add your device to the same account and unsubscribe or contact Customer Care.
