[FAQ] What if I have a dual-band router or a 5GHz-only router?

If you have a dual-band router, the Pivot Cloud will only connect to the 2.4GHz band.
If you have a 5GHz-only router, please contact Customer Care for assistance using the Live Chat or email us at support@zmodo.com.
