How can I cancel my cloud subscription if I subscribed via an in app purchase?

If you subscribed to cloud service using the mobile app your subscription is managed via Apple or Google depending on what phone was used to subscribe.

 

iOS

Open the Settings app.

Tap your name at the top.

Tap Subscriptions, find the subscription then tap on the subscription to see the cancel option.

Android

Open the Google Play Store app.

Tap on your profile at the top right.

Tap on 'Subscriptions,' and tap on the subscription to find the cancellation option at the bottom.
