[FAQ]Minimum Requirements

Before using your Pivot, please make sure that you meet all of the following technical requirements: 

1) iOS^® (v.7.0 and up) or Android^TM (v.4.0 and up) mobile device. 

2) A strong password-protected WPA/WPA2 WiFi internet connection (802.11 b/g/n 2.4GHz). 

If you have a dual-band router, you will need to make sure that your 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands are being transmitted on separate SSID's and you are connected to the 2.4GHz network during setup. In order to configure this, you will need to access your router settings. 

(Optional) Internet Explorer^®, Safari^®, Chrome^TM, Firefox^® for computer or laptop viewing. 

You can view and access your devices from your computer or laptop by using our web app. In order to access your devices, type 'user.zmodo.com' into the address bar in your internet browser and sign into your existing Zmodo account.
